The Trèfle is a farmer goat cheese, salted and ashy on its surface, with a grey-ash rind. Its dough is fine, melting, and slightly creamy. The cheese is produced with raw goat milk collected in a geographical area in south of France.

تريفل هي جبنة ماعز المزارعين وهي عبارة عن جبنة مملحة ذات قشرة رمادية. تتميز بقوام جيد، سهل الذوبان ودسم قليلا. يتم إنتاج الجبن من حليب الماعز الخام الذي يتم جمعه من منطقة جغرافية في جنوب فرنسا.

El Trèfle es un queso de cabra de granja, con una corteza gris-ceniza. Su masa es fina, derretida y ligeramente cremosa. El queso se produce con leche de cabra cruda recogida en el sur de Francia.
