This cheddar is slowly matured in a muslin-wrapped truckle for up to 2 years, we allow it to breathe, producing a beautiful rinded cheese with a unique and deeply complex flavour. It is made of cow's whole milk.

ينضج هذا الجبن ببطء ملفوفاً بالشاش في دولاب صغير لمدة تصل إلى سنتين. يسمح له بالتنفس فينتج الجبن قشرة جميلة ذات نكهة فريدة ومعقدة للغاية. وهي مصنوعة من حليب البقر الكامل الدسم.

Esta Cheddar se madura lentamente en un nido de muselina ajustado durante un máximo de 2 años, le permite respirar y produce asi un hermoso queso con cascara y con un sabor único y profundamente complejo. Está hecho de leche entera de vaca.
