The Farmhouse Pouligny Saint Pierre cheese is covered with a fine, slightly bluish rind, and the paste is firm and ivory in colour. This cheese has bold terroir flavours and a slightly goaty smell.

El queso de granja Pouligny Saint-Pierre está cubierto con una fina corteza, ligeramente azulada. Su cuerpo es firme y de color marfil. Este queso tiene sabores terraceos audaces y un olor un poco a cabra.
