This is a hard Italian cheese that is commonly grated over other dishes like pasta, pizza, soups and risottos. Some people like it on its own. It is often shaved or grated over other dishes. The hardest parts of the crust are sometimes added to soup or even roasted and eaten as a snack.

بارميجانو ريجانو جبنة ايطالية صلبة يتم تناولهاعادة مبشورة على الاطباق الأخرى مثل المعكرونة، البيتزا، الحساء، الروزوتو. البعض يفضل تناولها دون اضافات اخرى. يتم اضافة الجزء الصلب من القشرة الخارجية على أصناف الحساء المختلفة، أو ممكن تحميصها وتناولها كوجبة خفيفة.
