This is a soft cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk. It is hand-coated in a mix of sweet pepper, onion, tomato, oregano, black and green olives, Provençal herbs and pepper. A great festival and holiday season cheese.

Se trata de un queso de pasta blanda elaborado con leche de cabra pasteurizada. Revestido a mano con una mezcla de ají dulce, cebolla, tomate, orégano, aceitunas negras y verdes, hierbas provenzales y pimienta.
