This is a hard cheese, made from heat-treated ewe’s milk. It is a French blue cheese that comes from Aquitaine. Bleu des Basques has a wonderful combination of earthy spiciness and hints of apricot.

Es un queso duro, elaborado con leche de oveja tratada térmicamente. Es un queso azul francés que viene de Aquitania. Tiene una maravillosa combinación de picante terroso y toques de albaricoque.
